Bookmark Links Not Working

If your saved bookmarks are not opening or directing you to the correct webpage, follow the troubleshooting steps below.


1. Access the Site Directly

  • Try typing the website’s name or URL directly into your browser’s search bar instead of using your bookmark.

2. Check for Expired Bookmarks

  • Note: Old or outdated bookmarks can expire and stop working if the website address has changed.

3. Delete and Re-Save the Bookmark

  • If accessing the site directly works, delete your old bookmark.

  • Then, save a new bookmark using the updated link.

4. Clear Your Browser’s Cache and Cookies

  • When clearing cache and cookies, be sure to select Advanced and choose All time for the time range.
