Bookmark Links Not Working
If your saved bookmarks are not opening or directing you to the correct webpage, follow the troubleshooting steps below.
1. Access the Site Directly

Try typing the website’s name or URL directly into your browser’s search bar instead of using your bookmark.
2. Check for Expired Bookmarks

Note: Old or outdated bookmarks can expire and stop working if the website address has changed.
3. Delete and Re-Save the Bookmark

If accessing the site directly works, delete your old bookmark.

Then, save a new bookmark using the updated link.
4. Clear Your Browser’s Cache and Cookies

When clearing cache and cookies, be sure to select Advanced and choose All time for the time range.
