Printer or Scanner Issues
If your printer or scanner is not working properly, or if a print job is stuck in the queue, please follow the troubleshooting steps below.
Print Job Stuck
1. Open the Print Queue

Go to your printer’s Control Panel and select Print Queue.
2. Delete the Print Job(s)

Select the print job you want to delete and press Delete.

Repeat this step for each print job that needs to be cleared.
3. Try Printing Again

Once all pending print jobs have been deleted, send a new print job to verify the issue is resolved.
Printer/Scanner Not Working
1. Perform a Power Cycle

Turn the printer or scanner off, unplug it from the outlet for at least 15 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
2. Check Cable Connections

Ensure all cables are securely connected, especially the Ethernet cord.

Make sure it is fully seated in both the device and wall port.
3. Test the Device

After reconnecting and powering back on, try printing or scanning again.

Paper and Cartridge Checks
1. Check Paper and Cartridges Regularly

Ensure paper is properly aligned and that the tray is full.

Confirm ink or toner cartridges have sufficient levels.
