Microsoft Authenticator Isn’t Working
If your Microsoft Authenticator app isn’t working or you’ve recently switched to a new phone, follow the steps below to get reconnected.
1. Contact IT Support
Please email [email protected] to let us know that you have a new phone or that your Microsoft Authenticator is not working.
2. MFA Reset by IT
Our IT team will reset your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) settings to allow you to re-register the app.
3. Re-Add Your Account in Authenticator
Once your MFA has been reset, sign back into your Dolan account.
You’ll be prompted to set up Authenticator again.
Before re-adding, make sure to remove your old account from the app (if it’s still listed).
