How to Submit an IT Support Ticket
Need help with a tech issue? Here's how to send a ticket to the IT team:
1. Open your Dolan Outlook email.
2. Create a new email.
3. In the “To” field, enter: [email protected]
4. In the subject line, briefly describe the issue.
(Example: “Printer not connecting” or “Can’t access Dealer Daily”)
5. In the email body, describe what’s happening.
Include details like:

What you were trying to do
-
Any error messages you saw
-
When the issue started
-
Your workstation or department (if helpful)
6. Once you’ve added all the details, click “Send.”
That’s it!
Your ticket will automatically go into our IT support queue, and a team member will reach out as soon as possible.
